1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Hedvige Carmelia's applications. By downloading, installing, or using any of my iOS applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use my applications.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hedvige Carmelia. All applications are intended for users aged 18 and above.

2. Application Description

I develop and publish various iOS applications, including productivity tools, casual games, and utility applications. All applications are standalone applications that operate primarily on your device.

Important Characteristics:

• All applications are standalone/offline applications
• No user data is uploaded to my servers
• Applications may require internet connection only for displaying advertisements
• Each application is independently developed and maintained

3. User Data and Privacy

3.1 No Server Data Storage

I do not operate servers to store your personal information. My applications are designed as standalone tools that function primarily on your device.

• User data is stored locally on your device
• I do not upload your personal information to any servers under my control
• Your in-app content, progress, and settings remain on your device

3.2 Location and Advertising Information

While my applications may request permission to access certain information for advertising purposes:

• Approximate location information (coarse location) may be requested for ad personalization
• Advertising ID may be accessed for advertising purposes
• These are NOT stored on any servers under my control
• You have complete freedom to grant or deny these permissions
• Denying these permissions will not prevent you from using the core functionality of the applications

3.3 Data Retention

Any temporary data or analytics collected through advertising partners is automatically deleted within 90 days. Since I do not operate servers for user data storage, there is no long-term retention of your personal information.

4. User Permissions and Consent

My applications may request various permissions to function properly or to enhance your experience. All permissions are optional and require your explicit consent.

Types of Permissions:

• Location Access: Optional, used for advertising personalization only
• Advertising Identifier: Used for personalized advertisements
• Other Device Information: Basic information for app functionality and analytics

Your Rights:

• You can revoke any granted permission at any time through your device settings
• You can use the core features of my applications without granting all permissions
• You will be informed about why each permission is requested

5. Advertising

5.1 Monetization Model

My applications are free to download and use. To support continued development and maintenance, I monetize through advertising using legitimate and widely-trusted advertising platforms.

5.2 Advertising Partners

I use the TradPlus aggregation platform to integrate with multiple advertising networks:

• Google AdMob
• InMobi
• Pangle
• Liftoff
• Chartboost
• Unity Ads

All SDKs are legitimate, compliant, and widely-used in the industry. These advertising partners may collect and use information in accordance with their own privacy policies to deliver personalized advertisements.

5.3 Advertising Content

While I strive to work with reputable advertising partners, I do not have direct control over the specific ads displayed. If you encounter inappropriate advertisements, please contact me immediately.

6. User Responsibilities

By using my applications, you agree to:

• Use the applications only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
• Not use the applications in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the applications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Be at least 18 years of age

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of my applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Hedvige Carmelia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of my applications or included software without explicit permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 "AS IS" Provision

My applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 No Guarantee of Availability

I do not guarantee that my applications will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any application at any time without notice.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hedvige Carmelia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the applications
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any content obtained from the applications

9. Updates and Modifications

I may update, modify, or discontinue any application or feature at any time without prior notice. I may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective when posted, and your continued use of the applications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

10. Third-Party Services

My applications may contain links to third-party websites or services, including advertising partners. I am not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that I shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content.

11. Geographic Restrictions

My applications are available on the Apple App Store and accessible worldwide. However, certain features or content may not be available in all locations due to legal or technical restrictions. You are responsible for complying with local laws if you access my applications from outside your primary location.

12. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to any application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

You may also terminate your use of my applications at any time by simply uninstalling them from your device.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of my applications shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.
